One of City Centre Initiatives objectives is to maintain and facilitate communication between partners and stakeholders in the private, public and community sectors to do this.
One of the ways in which City Centre Initiative meets this objective is through engaging with our extensive list of contacts which has been gradually built up over the years. The Contact Database is used on a daily basis to engage with traders regarding upcoming events such as Parades, Road Closures, Public Realm Works, Utility Works, Consultation Processes, Incidents and Emergencies.
The contact database is used for the purposes of distributing essential information only and is not used to distribute any marketing information or promotions. We pride ourselves on this Database and our rangers and administrators carry out regular maintenance and updates to ensure that information is up to date and relevant.
